Description
Senna is a powerful and well known laxative that should not be taken lightly. Doses should always be kept to the prescribed amounts on the packaging.

Should not be taken for more than 10 days at a time. Large doses can cause diarrhoea, nausea, severe stomach cramps, or dehydration. Avoid senna if you are pregnant, nursing, or have gastrointestinal ailments.
