(Arnica montana)
Description
Arnica grows in mountain areas in Europe. This herb is great for accidents as it is an astringent. It discourages bruising, swelling and pain if used quickly. It also relieves muscle aches, sprains, strains and any other sort of fall. Arnica is usually applied externally.
